Evilox is a 100% Black-owned and Military Veteran-owned holding company founded in 2011, operating across Business Strategy, Civil Security, Aerospace, and Defence. The company is registered as a Military Veterans Company, Registration No. 2011/097370/23.
Evilox aims to be a leading South African-owned, Black-owned and Military Veteran-owned group across civil security, aviation security, and defence-related strategy — a trusted local partner for government procurement and for international partners entering the Southern African market.

Structure
Evilox operates through two entities. Evilox Holdings covers defence, aerospace, business strategy, and higher-value civil and aviation security consulting. Evilox Security Risk Company (ESRC), a 100% Black-owned and Military Veteran-owned company, delivers private security services — guarding, VIP protection, investigations, CCTV, risk assessments, safety officer services, and event accreditation.

Chief Executive Officer & Founder
Founder of Evilox Holdings with over 25 years of experience across the military, police, and aviation sectors. Mongezi is a seasoned business strategist and entrepreneur who started his career in public office as the first Chief of the Ekurhuleni Metropolitan Police Department, repositioning the force and establishing proper governance, before moving into civil aviation security.

- Former General Manager: Aviation Security, and Chief: Civil Aviation Security for South Africa at the South African Civil Aviation Authority (SACAA); acted as CEO of SACAA
- Played an instrumental role in tightening civil aviation security for the 2010 FIFA World Cup
- Seconded by the South African government to the African Civil Aviation Commission (AFCAC), the African Union's specialised aviation agency, to coordinate aviation security and develop a continental security strategy (2009–2012)
- Former South African representative on ICAO's Aviation Security Panel of Experts
- Former Chairperson of the SADC Aviation Security Working Group
- Former Board member of SACAA and South African National Parks (SANParks)
